If you are a small business or automative work shop looking to make purchases, you may qualify for discounts and other benefits like pay by invoice or MOAB truck delivery. Please contact us to inquire about getting set up with a MOAB business account.
When will my order ship after I place my order?
Most orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours during the business week. If you are located in Las Vegas, your order may be delivered same day if placed by 10AM PT.
How will my order ship?
You can select the shipping method on the checkout page, but we offer several expedited shipping options. Bulky items require to be shipped LTL. If you are located in Las Vegas or Southern Nevada, your order may qualify for free MOAB truck delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, if your order is over $100, you can select free shipping during checkout. Items that need to ship LTL do not qualify for free shipping. If you are located in Las Vegas or Southern Nevada, your order may qualify for free MOAB truck delivery.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do you offer international delivery?
At this time, we only accept and ship orders in the USA.
Returns + Replacements:
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct size?
Yes, we want to make sure your gloves fit perfectly so we provide free exchanges for new items with packaging intact. We are not able to exchange used gloves or gloves not in packaging. Please contact us if you need to exchange sizes.
Can I return all or part of my order?
Yes, new, unused items with packaging can be returned within 60 days of your order date. $10 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping and processing. If the item was defective, we'll cover the return shipping. Just contact us if you need to return all or part of your order.
My item was defective or damaged, can I get a replacement?
Yes, we offer free replacements for defective and damaged items. Please contact us if you need a replacement.
